    Affiliate approve email not sending to the affiliate who I approve. no login and password info which means my affiliates cant agree to terms.
    Also, I’m not getting notification for emails for affiliates who register to sign as affiliate

    Please help

    @switchfloz718, Is someone else contacting on your behalf? So far you have used 3 different email addresses to contact us. This is very confusing for our support.

    can you reply to this email or user name? or my paypal email?

    I used 3 different emails because none of them was able to log in to mobile web .. once I used my computer I was able to log in. either way why cant the question be answered here?

    Ok so SMTP should help with emailing my affiliate

    Which one of the SMTP plug-in is recommended

    @Switchfloz718, There are many. You can use the one that supports your SMTP provider.

    Ok so I see some messages are in my affiliates junk mail some still haven’t sent

    But how can I resend the approval message with login password to them manually

    @Switchfloz718, Our plugin doesn’t save outgoing emails. You may need to look for a plugin for this functionality.
