Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › 403 forbidden
one of my new affiliates gets a 403 forbidden page when trying to log in. I can log in fine when using his password and username, so why cant he?
Any ideas?
Thanks
accoring to my affiliate after he logs in it redirects to the wp-login.php page and he gets the 403 forbidden page.
Hi, Do you have a different setup on your server where a user can only login from the wp-admin/wp-login.php page? The whole login process in our plugin is controlled by WordPress (since each affiliate is actually WordPress user). So the plugin is not really responsible for any type of login/authentication error.
thats what i dont really understand.
my site is here
www.myokoshuttle.com
i have the affiliate menu at the top and it points to the correct log in page. I can log in fine as can other people. I think it may be a server side issue where its not accepting ips from outside the country. I will change the server setings and post an update.
ok it wasnt a plug in issue, it was actually a server side issue. Our server wasnt accepting ips from outside the country. Its now fine.
Thanks for the reply.
Best regards.
