Participant1214 visits from one of our affiliates and there is not a single purchase in a year. This seems off as if I look at google analytics this site has produced sales. Something is wrong here and I don’t know what. As a note, I use Thirstyaffiliates as well simply to mask the link but since affiliate is logging the clicks, that does not seem to be the issue.

Keymaster@yoshodi, You can make a test affiliate purchase with the debug option enabled to see whether the integration is working on your site.

ParticipantIt is not logging anything. I have just done a booking via their affiliate link. While the click-through was recorded, my purchase was not. The debug log is checked and that log doesn’t even show any activity from today. Not sure if it takes a while to register but it looks as if the integration is not registered. I don’t know if there was any additional code that needed to be entered. The link is from a site that sends its customers to our site where the client then has to click the booking link on our site. Payment is made through stripe and a successful payment lands on our payment success page.

Keymaster@yoshodi, What integration option are you using?

ParticipantTo be honest, I don’t think I understood how this was supposed to work at all. We already have stripe payments for our bookings. The thing is that our booking system is through a custom API that communicates with bookeo.com. What I thought this thing did was to use a tracking code similar to what google analytics does to track the click-throughs that go to purchase. I don’t need the stripe plugin and the other plugins mentioned would not be of use either. We have woocommerce but it is not for our classes, it is for our online shop which is not what any of the affiliates shared links.
Not really sure how to proceed. The creatives I made were all to the individual class pages you see here:
https://cooknwithclass.com/all-our-paris-classes/Each page then has a book now button, payments are made through Stripe.December 12, 2022 at 5:56 am #7975Shadow Labs
Keymaster@yoshodi, You will need to use one of our supported e-commerce plugins for accepting payments. Otherwise purchases will not get tracked automatically.

ParticipantSo this means that I would have to change my existing stripe plugin for the one you have listed?
