Affiliate account is not active, but is active. Affiliate ID issue?

Hi,

since last sunday we have an issue that the provision is not rewarded.
Logfile:

can it be that the Affiliate ID is wrong? –> 8​
the Affiliate have ID 8
The Link from Affiliate ist generatet from your tool –> https://www.lio-natural.com/?wpam_id=8​
Where we can find the failure?

@liotechnik, It should just be 8. The link probably had some special characters when it was used. You can always check your browser cookies to see if the correct value is being stored.

Hi, thanks for replying. The cookie contains: 8%E2%80%8B The link in Browser: https://www.lio-natural.com/?wpam_id=8%E2%80%8B
Why the logfile writes the affiliate account is not active? In WPaffiliate Manager the account is active. Where i can check this?

@liotechnik, 8%E2%80%8B is the issue here. The correct link should be https://www.lio-natural.com/?wpam_id=8. And when the link is used the cookie will contain 8 (not 8%E2%80%8B).

@liotechnik, How did you get this link https://www.lio-natural.com/?wpam_id=8%E2%80%8B? Our plugin doesn’t show the link in this format.

Many thanks, this was the solution. The Link in youtube is wrong from our Affiliate Partner. In Youtube is the correct link, but it seems, that behind the link there is a failure in HTML-Code. We will check this and try it again. Thanks for support 🙂
