Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › Affiliate Can't Accept Terms
Hi, I have a client who uses the free version of the plugin, and she’s running into an issue where an affiliate is marked as “approved” but not active. It says the affiliate needs to accept the terms, but the affiliate says she did check the box, and there’s nothing to check when she logs in.
We did disable auto-approval, so according to other threads, we shouldn’t be having this problem. Any ideas?
Hi,

The affiliate must agree to the terms and conditions before they can register. If you have the “automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled in the settings, newly registered affiliates won’t have to accept the terms and conditions.
Please carry out the following steps. First enable debug mode. Then carry out a registration test. Once you complete the registration, check the log file. Report back with any findings.
Thank you.
I tried that, but the log file won’t load. It’s just a blank page
@amyjking128, Do you see a success message if the log file is reset?
Thank you, yes, resetting the log file worked.
I set it to debug, did a registration, but nothing else but the log file reset showed up on the log file after I reloaded the file.
I am having the exact same issue…Carefully tried everything other user tried, still issue. I have tried 10 different test accounts, nothing…Made sure 100% box was clicked. keeps telling terms and conditions not checked. Tried everything..Please help.
@txbossfree, It’s not the checkbox on the registration page. Manually approved affiliates will need to log in, accept the terms, and set a payout method.
Hello,
I’ve had them login and I watched as they do and there is no place when logged in to click on terms and conditions. What do they do?
Why is there a check box on the registration? How come to register on y’all’s website if no one clicks the checkbox, one is not allowed to go further? How can we do that on our end?
