ParticipantWe’re using the “StoreFront Theme”, “Woocommerce”, “WP Landing Pages”, “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Gateway”.
Using the landing page URL as the Affiliate Website and PayPal is in Sandbox mode.
I’am logged in as Admin.
My partner has created a test customer and made a purchase. All has occurred as expected except the Affiliate Manager information update.
I must be missing the proper way to connect to WP Affiliate Manager Plugin.
Kind Regards

KeymasterHi, What information are you trying to connect? Are you referring to commission not being rewarded to the affiliate?
September 22, 2017 at 12:51 pm #2942Joe
ParticipantYes Commission.

KeymasterThe customer needs to click on an affiliate link and purchase something in order for the commission to be rewarded. Have you checked to make sure whether clicks are getting tracked on your site?

Via Credit CardI have only added the ref to the Landing Page –
http://www.cliinteractive.com/SpectraSpray-old/?wpam=id4Is that correct.Kind Regards
JoePS I have purchased the plugin

KeymasterThe referral link is wrong. It should be:
http://www.cliinteractive.com/SpectraSpray-old/?wpam_id=4Please also enable debug in the affiliates manager settings so you can check the progress of an affiliate sale afterwards.

ParticipantHmmm… The problems seems to be the correct code will not be accepted as a permalink?
For example when I update the page with the correct ref address ?wpam_id=5 and then update the page the ref changes to wpam-id5Kind regards

ParticipantI turned off all plugins and tested and there does not appear to be a plugin conflict.
Kind regards

ParticipantI have just finished testing with the plugins “affiliate link found in the “affiliate links”, “default creative” and have tried the plugin on three other sites to rule out a Theme conflict, all with the same results.
How long should it take for the plugin sales and commission information to process?
The Woocommerce side has already updated.
Kind regards
Joe

ParticipantHi,
What we have discovered that “WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway” plugin can not provide a “API Signature”. Therefore we need and other integration plugin solution.
Any ideas?
Kind regards
JoeSeptember 29, 2017 at 7:48 pm #2973Joe
ParticipantUsing “PayPal for WooCommerce” plugin we are able to enter our API Signature and now have commission tracking properly.
Kind regards
