Affiliate messages/emails not going out

I have just set up my affiliate account and wanted to do a test. So using a different email address, while logged out from WP, I signed up to be an affiliate. I didn’t get the automated messages which should have included a pending approval and the approved email with the log in/password.

I have checked through the documentation and it seems like all is set up correctly. I don’t believe I have to select the messages – it is my understanding they are automatically send. Please advise as to where the glitch might be. Thanks.

Hi, please carry out the following troubleshooting test.

If the above does not help. Can you enable Debug mode, then sign up again with a different name and e-mail address. Then check the log files and report back.

Ok when I deactivated all the plugins except for the WP affiliate manager and mailchimp integration it worked. I will now go through to identify which plugin (I only had 5 total activated) is the culprit. Thanks.
