ParticipantI have a set up with Paid Memberships Pro. I followed the instructions for setting up WP Affiliate Manager and then activated the Paid Memberships Pro – WP Affiliate Platform Integration Add On. I can see that the cookie is getting set in the browser but when I make test purchases the affiliate id does not get set in the order, and obviously therefore doesn’t get credited to my affiliates. I’ve turned off every plugin other than Paid Memberships Pro, WP Affiliate Manager and the bridge add on. I’ve also set my theme back to Twenty Twenty. I’ve tried in multiple browsers but in every case I can see the cookie set in the console but when I register a new user there is no credit given to the affiliate. I’m stumped! Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated!

Keymaster@techiechic, Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and make a test affiliate purchase so we can check it.

ParticipantI’ve enabled debug mode and made a test affiliate purchase and nothing shows up in the log.
Here’s the purchase link with affiliate code –
https://rrsize.wpsc.site/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1&wpam_id=2
. You can use discount code WPAM to sign up for free. The site doesn’t look like much right now because I turned everything else off so there were no conflicts, so please ignore the broken shortcodes etc.I’m sorry to be giving such a vague error – I feel like I’m not giving you much to work with and I hate it when clients do that. But I honestly don’t know what else to tell you. I can see in the console that the cookie is set, I can see from the affiliate console that the clicks are being tracked – but nothing gets transferred into Paid Memberships Pro after the sale is made. I even did the first few purchases through PayPal so I could make sure that it wasn’t just not tracking because it was a $0 transaction. I’d appreciate any help you can give! Aside from this one major problem, the rest of your system looks great and I’m really looking forward to being able to implement it!

Keymaster@techiechic, Thanks. The debug log shouldn’t be empty even if sales do not get tracked. Can you please check to make sure that you have the correct integration addon installed?

ParticipantI installed the add on directly through the Paid Memberships Pro add-ons section. I took screenshots of what the settings look like on everything that I think could be relevant –

Keymaster@techiechic, That’s a screenshot of our core plugin settings. Please provide a screenshot of the Plugins page so we can see if the correct integration addon is installed.

Keymaster@techiechic, Thanks. It looks like you are using the “Paid Memberships Pro – WP Affiliate Platform Integration Add On” by Stranger Studios. That’s not our addon. Please download and install this one: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliates-manager-paid-memberships-pro-integration/

ParticipantI hadn’t realized that there were two different add ons – one from you and one from Paid Memberships Pro – as well as the two plugins themselves. I installed the second add on and things are working great now. Thanks for your help!
