Need support in setting up, testing and launching an Affiliate program for my website.

Kindly advise which plugin or addon I should purchase to avail of your services.

I already sent the same enquiry twice through your contact but there’s no response from WPAM.

Now What you can do is add some text links/image banners in the Creatives menu so an affiliate can promote your products from their website.

In order to reward a commission to an affiliate after a sale, you will also need to use one of our available integration options:

Hello, I have tried to setup the Affiliate program as per the documentation.
However, I have changed the page design, though I have not disturbed things like page name.
Will that be a reason for the plugin not to work.

@bharatwajts, It’s really up to you which e-commerce plugin you want to use for processing payments.

They both have the same functionality at the moment. We just have a paid version for users who need priority support (where we need to login to their site to troubleshoot an issue related to the plugin).

Ok thank you. I tried several times but I’m not getting it right. Is there a way you can help me out?
I have made some creatives and text links but when I tried testing the payment ($1), transfer is happening but the numbers are not reflecting in the affiliate dashboard. That’s where I’m stuck.

@bharatwajts, Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and make a test affiliate purchase so we can check the log file afterward.
