Affiliate Registration Page Not Configured for Mobile Screens?

Hi, can the affiliate registration page layout be altered? Looks good on a desktop screen but on a smartphone screen the form fields and table outline are too wide and go off the screen.

Hi, Have you tested this on a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty 17/16)? Please provide a link to your registration page so we can take a look.

Thanks. Included are images showing the registration page where First Name, Last Name, etc. are showing on the left and the form fields are forced over to the right causing them to extend beyond the page width.

The other image is of the login page where the fields are underneath the text instead of increasing the width and being forced across the page.
