Hi there,
An affiliate forgot her password. When she clicks to have the password reset, it isn’t arriving in her email. We have checked her spam folders. She gave us access to her personal email to verify, and the issue is not on her end. Is there anything you can do?

@chrischung221, The reset password email is actually sent by WordPress. Can you please install a SMTP plugin to see if it fixes the issue?
