    I have set up affiliates and creatives, and have supplied the correct code for the affiliate to insert into their site. The links are tracking and impressions being counted. But no commission is being applied when customers purchase through WooCommerce. I have tested using a number of test purchases.

    I am currently using WP Affiliate Manager v 1.8.4 and WooCommerce v 2.0.18.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Please enable the debug option in the plugin then do a test transaction. What is the URL of your products page?

    When the debug option is set and I do a transaction I get; “could not get wpam_refkey from cookie. This is not an affiliate sale” The URL of the products page is http://www.nessy.com/us/products/.

    If I log into wordpress and then do a test sale, the commission works, but if I am not logged in and do a transaction it does not.
