Hi there,

I recently installed this plugin. An affiliate recently made a sale, but no commission was accrued in their account. I’m wondering what the possible solution to this problem could be? The link sends people to the website, rather than the store. THey have to click on store in the menu and then choose products. Could this be why? Does the link need to point to the store for this to work?

    THanks in advance!

@chrischung221, Are you using any of our supported integration options: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/documentation/

Without an integration our plugin cannot automatically reward commissions for purchases.

Thanks for the fast reply. Yes, I have woocommerce installed on the website. In spite of that, commissions are not accruing for affiliates. Everyone is still on 0.

@chrischung221, Please provide the affiliate link that you used to make the purchase. You can enable debug in the affiliates manager settings to see how the purchased notification is being processed by the plugin.

    Here’s the link: https://charcoalremedies.com/store?wpam_id=7

Could it be that she is supposed to use this instead: default affiliate link

    Thanks!

@chrischung221, It can be any page on your site. The “wpam_id” parameter is what tracks the affiliate.

How Your Affiliates Can Link to Any Page on Your Site

I clicked on your link and the affiliate cookie (wpam_id) was successfully saved into my browser. So the cookie is getting tracked. If I purchase something now affiliate 7 should be rewarded for the sale.

What is Cookie Duration and How to Use it

Can you please enable debug and make a test purchase? That way we will know exactly what is happening in the backend.
