ParticipantHi, I add a few affiliates which are now “active” in the list. But none of them received an approval mail where the should approve the conditions/payments. Which mains they cannot login to see their scores. The login page only shows their username and email but doesn’t allow them to see their data.
1) is it possible to skip the approval mail and sent them a (working) url where they can login and see their data (payments by invoices)
2) if 1) is not possible, what can I do to sent them a mail where they approve for conditions. And let them login?
Hope to hear, thanks

KeymasterIf you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled, then their account becomes active as soon as they register (no need for any approval). Do you have that option checked in the settings?

ParticipantYes I have, they are automatically approved (this option is indeed enabled), although when I go to the tab “affiliates” I can see they are all active, but under the tab “approved” there’s no list
the point is : if they go to their login page, they can’t get into their statistics….it’s a loop in which they get stuck
And these affiliates were registered by myself, I guess they don’t need to register again (??)

KeymasterDid you create the affiliate account using the fron-end registration form or from the admin dashboard side?
Also, you have the latest version of the affiliate plugin installed?

ParticipantHi, I have the latest version. The way I added a new affiliate myself is by going to “add new affiliate” (in sidebar WordPress menuw where the plugin shows), fill in all the required fields for registration and save. After that the new affiliate is “active” on the list. But when I want to give them the log-in link for monitoring their statistics, they can’t get trough. (By the way-;)…the Dutch translation for “affiliates” stays “affiliates” , not: “filialen” (filialen is a physical store) 😉

Keymaster@TedDmn, The affiliate should receive an email upon registration (containing login credentials of WordPress user account). Did you at least get that email?

ParticipantSorry, no emails received, I checked a few persons…. Could this be also done manually somewhere in the plugin? The affiliate keeps ‘circling” (is that the word? 😉 around. When trying to login they get a message to registrate first (even when their names/emails/username are put in the system by me)

KeymasterDo you have a test affiliate account that I can use to investigate the issue?

ParticipantHi, I made a testaccount and now (somehow) the test-affiliate gets a mail with approval and url-login and password :-). How can I now sent again the former affiliates-ones (who say they didnt receive such a mail) sent the right inlog-url , username and password? Where can I find these in my overview of affiliates?
Kind regards,

KeymasterThe user is created via WordPress. You can just send the login URL to your site where they will be able to reset the passwords. For example:
