Am I able to send manual payments? Mass Payments not working

Hey Guys,

I have installed the module and everything works great bar the payment end. I have tried the mass payment option but am getting the same error as many others here: Code: 10329 Message: We’re sorry, but your PayPal account isn’t currently eligible to send mass payments. Please contact either PayPal Customer Service or your account manager. Severity: Error

When I apply a manual payment under the affiliate section it looks like it just adjusts the total on the site but does not actually action an individual paypal payment.

Is there a way of making the manual payments send directly from paypal or can I implement stripe to handle payments if i cannot get paypal to work?

I love this module but would really like to get this payment issue resolved :).

This does not resolve my issue. I had already read this. This advises to just do manual adjustments which does not do automatic payments from admin.

Hi, I just wanted to know if the issue in the other support thread was similar to yours. Do you have a Business or Premier PayPal account?

Hi, if you have a PayPal Business account then you should be able to use Mas Payments. Can you ask PayPal support staff about your account and why you are having issues with Mass Payments.
