apply payout problem

Hello,

i’ m using WP Affiliate Manager 2.5.3 with WordPress 4.9.4
when i click apply payout or apply manual adjustment nothing happens

and there is not fields to insert numbers

could you help me?

Hi, you might have a conflict with one of your other plugins. Can you carry out the following test. Deactivate all of your other plugins then carry out a test. If this works for you then you know there is a conflict with another plugin.
