    Hey Guys,

I’m new in this support forum so… please be kind 😀
I use the Plugin for my affiliate (what else 😀 ) and use the plugin “ultimate member” for restricting to pages.
But got the problem, that WP Affiliate only sets a permission called ” wpam_affiliate ” and not the role “affiliate”…
is it possible to set the role affiliate to new affiliates ?
The (more or less) funny part: It worked for two accounts and stopped working without changing something… :/

@Michelle26, The plugin sets a “wpam_affiliate” role to newly registered affiliates automatically. Do you want to change it to “affiliate”?

Yes. In the first time (when the user register itself) it user-role is “customer” and the status is “approved”.
After he registers for the affiliate-program, he’s still “customer” but has set the “permissions” at the bottom “wpam_affiliate” but not the user-role…

Here’s a compromised screenshot from a Test-user Profile which applied to the affiliate program. As you can see, the role is still customer, and it got the capabilities “wpam_affiliate” but I need to set the role to “Affiliate”…
