Basic Qu – how do I get just the URL that the affiliate needs to start promoting

I added images but I see that they are just for affiliates to add to their websites.
My affiliates will be doings stuff on social media, posting on Twitter, Facebook and sending emails mainly. What’s the best way to get just a simple affiliate URL? All I can see is code to embed in their websites. I know it’s a basic question and I am sure there’s a simple solution.
