bug subscription- email in red

Hello,

There is a bug when my new affiliates try to send their subscription. When they click “submit”, their email turns red (like to say that there is an error). By cons, there is no error in the email and, for my part, I receive their registration. The bug suggests to them that the inscription did not work. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi, Please provide a link to your registration page so I can take a look. Have you made any modifications to the registration form?

Thank you. The link is http://www.exploreavecfilabil.com/affiliation at the bottom of the page. You can do a test by marking test in the test section. I did not touch the code. I only changed the parameters in the settings section.
