Bug with Captcha plugin

I installed the plugin for the Captcha but it wouldn’t work: on the registration page, the Captcha sign would just keep on rotating, and not validating the ‘tick’ saying I am not a robot.
So I deleted this plugin but the Captcha still remains on the registration page, though it is gone from the WPAffiliate menu in my Dashboard. How can I solve this problem?

Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, make sure you also clear the cache. Also you might also want to clear the browser cache.
