Can affiliate links be integrated into dynamic Facebook product catalog ads?

If anyone is familiar with Facebook ads, you will know you can retarget visitors through dynamic product ads that you connect through a feed to the products on your store, so Facebook automatically pulls the most relevant product to show your retargeted visitors.

Because I am providing a Facebook ads service on a commission basis for my client’s website I have installed WP Affiliate Manager for them and set myself up as an affiliate. So I can simply promote my own affiliate links directly through Facebook ads, without having to set up a separate affiliate website.

But how would I be able to promote my own affiliate links through Facebook’s dynamic product catalog ads through the feed installed in the store? Because in my understanding Facebook will just pull the stores’ product URLs and not my affiliate links.
