Can I Include the Affiliate ID in the Registration Approval Message?

I want to create a coupon code that is automatically emailed to an affiliate once their application has been approved. The coupon code would be “AF” plus their affiliate ID. For example, if their assigned Affiliate ID is “4”, the coupon code would be AF4. Is there a short code I can use to include the Affiliate ID in the confirmation email? Is there a way I can include the Affiliate Coupon Code on the Affiliate’s Overview Page?
