ParticipantHello! Congratulations for your great plugin! I am using WP affiliate manager together with S2Members, I have several membership plans, if someone registers in a lower plan and wants to improve to a higher plan, if the cookie has expired (for example 2 months after the first registration) WP Affiliate manager does not it detects and does not generate a commission for the new membership plan, another possibility is that someone lets expire his membership plan and in the future, for example 3 months, want to renew his subscription WP Affiliate managers does not detect it and does not generate a commission for the affiliate, this can be changed in some way?, thank you very much, Best regards!

ParticipantHi, thank you very much for responding. I have the plugin installed and it works very well, but when someone changes their subscription plan the plugin stops generating commissions for the member, I have two subscriptions on my website, the standard of $7 per month and the vip of $12 per month, I have cookies configured in 30 days, if someone subscribes through an affiliate to the standard plan the plugin works well and starts generating commissions for the affiliate, if they spend several months and improve their membership plan to vip the plugin stops generating commissions, too it can to happen that that person lets expire his plan of membership, when it happen he will continue subscribed to my web as a free subscriber, if after a few months he decides to rehire a payment plan, be it the vip or the standard, the plugin no longer generates commission for the affiliate, I would like to know if is possible change that, thank you very much and I hope I could explain it well, sorry for my bad English, Best regards !!!

Keymaster@tresletras, Do you have the debug option enabled in the settings? The plugin can’t process a commission if It doesn’t receive any notification from S2Member.

ParticipantThe debug option is disabled.
The plugin processes the commissions well, but if after the expiration of the cookies a member changes his membership plan he does not process the commission.
