Click Track Reporting/Integration w/ Pretty Links

Is their a way to generate a report to see which of our affiliates are getting clicks and which are not?

Also, do you have any type of integration with Pretty Links? For some of my affiliates that I set up manually, I created and provided them with a Pretty Link. I have other affiliates that are registering and getting auto-approved from my website. These that register on the site are not getting a Pretty Link. Pretty Links does have a good reporting function but it does not include those that register on my site. Just wondering if you have any type of integration with PL so I can capture all my affiliates in the same report?
