Click tracking working, but not order tracking

Hi.

I have downloaded your plugin and done the configuration etc. I use woocommerce.

I created an affiliate account (nice and straight forward) to test the tracking and sent this to a friend. I can see the tracking for his click, but when he then placed an order, this didn’t show on the affiliate and no email was sent to the affiliates inbox.

The link that the affiliate gets sends the user to the website home page, they then browse the site, enter the online shop page, select a product and then buy it. Does the tracking only work if the affiliates link is actually a link directly into the woocommerce product, or should it be able to track the user as they browse the site and then place an order?

I have the unpaid version of the WP Affiliate Management plugin currenlty. Does this only track clicks, but not actually track order payments and commissions?

Any help would be much appreicated.

Hi Matt, the affiliate plugin will track all the referrals and give commission accordingly every time a subscription payment is charged when Affiliate Manager and WooCommerce plugins are enabled in your site.
