Clicks tracking but not sales

I was recently contacted by an Affiliate that claimed his brother had made a purchase and he received no cut of the sales. After proper investigation I can see that in my Clicks log the IP address matching the orders arrived on my site.

The orders were placed however my affiliate received nothing for these sales.

Looking back at past users there have been no credits awarded for the past 2 months or so. Possibly a bug?

Hi, can you check your affiliate details in the admin panel? What does it say under Payment Details and Statistics?

Can you also enable debug mode and when another affiliate reports an issue, can you check the log files. Let us know what the log file reveals.

Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings?

Unfortunately log files were not enabled. I am running on WordPress so using the official WordPress plugin. It is fully up to date as are all my other plugins.

I will check back when I have the proper log files. Everything was running perfectly until 2 months ago so not sure why it all of a sudden stopped working. No major changes were made to the site.
