commission payed twice

dear team,

i got an order in from a customer who used a coupon code from a referrer. the plugin doubled the commsission. this is what i see at the “partner” information:

-> as you can see the customer (1500) is the same, but for some reason it gave commission twice. its actually just one order and not two.

could you help me out?

it says
id 8 … 1500 … 4,48 Euros
id 9 … 1500 … 4,48 Euros

and it should only be 4,48 Euros not 4,48 Euros + 4,48 Euros

Documentation

Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? With debug enabled we could see what really happened in the backend.

Hi yes i just activated the debug option. this is the link: https://proteo-functional.com/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-manager/logs/wpam-log.txt i don’t see anything.

I am using woocommerce.

@danieleserra, Thanks. As you can see affiliates manager doesn’t reward a commission twice for the same transaction id (1500). I’m not sure how the commission was recorded twice before you enabled debug (there could be a glitch on the server where the same notification was received twice simultaneously).
