ParticipantHi there,
I used this plugin. Overall all working is good. But major bug is do not have control over commissions. You can’t unapprove commissions.
Another big bug is:- I am using woocommerce on website and tried one purchase. When user moves to payment gateway site. this plugins adds commissions to affiliate. If payment fails or user lives in between transaction process. Still there is approved commission in affiliates sales list. If you are really serious about affiliate marketing system on your wordpress. This plugin is not useful.

ParticipantI checked this one. But your plugin do not have option to accept and deny leads. In your paid plugin version what you are providing, there is no details on your site

ParticipantFor user, who is checking creatives. when he open one creative. output that creative is not real. thumbnail size is used there. Instead of that, original output of creative code must be shown. So that user will get idea of that creative, how it will look…

KeymasterBy “Lead” Do you mean the commissions? Commissions are only given after a transaction. You can also manually apply a correction by entering a negative amount from the admin dashboard for that affiliate in question. Do you want to be able to delete a commission value? Currently the premium option is for support only. The software is free.
It uses a smaller image for the preview so if someone uses a big banner ad image, it doesn’t take a lot of space. I plan to show the full size banner ad image in a lightbox. That will allow the affiliate to see the full image before they put it on their website.

ParticipantI think there is no need to show preview in lightbox. because you are showing one creative on single page. So preview should be full. If you like show lightbox on all creatives page then It will be good idea show creative preview and code on same page in lightbox.
manually apply a correction not seems to have good sense. Instead of this you add one flag to approve, deny and pending there.
One more big bug is user gets commissions for his own purchase also. If there are lots affiliates then it is big troubleshooting to manually apply a correction on commissions.

KeymasterI will work on improving that creative preview area. I have an idea of what I want to do.
If I add the ability to delete a commission then that will cover it I think. I don’t want to start putting every commission into a pending state because that adds another level of manual work for the admin to do everyday.
Lot of people actually buy for their clients using their affiliate link. So more site admins actually want to allow this behavior which is why it is permitted. Remember, you are only giving him a commission after you got the payment for the item. But I do agree that there should be an option to change this behavior so admin who do not want this behavior can disable it. I will look into adding an option for it in the settings.

ParticipantYou can add one option in your affiliate setting panel as default status of new sale lead (approved/pending/denied/closed). Admin will select default option as he may like. If he selects default pending then he will approve every commission one by one.
It is also necessary for admin to monitor on affiliates whether they are doing any frauds. (one bug reported earlier. user gets commission on his own purchase)
I am affiliate at bigrock.com. As an affiliate used to there affiliate marketing tool. They are using postaffiliatepro.com
Just plugin works good but some enhancement you must have to do. Also why not you make premium versions with additional facility.

ParticipantHi there,
I want to use this plugin, and I went through all steps to install this plugin. Everything is working fine but I am not able to test it, when I make any purchase through affiliate links it generates only visits, not comission. I have set comission for each affiliate. I am integrating it with woocommerce. And my payment method is paypal.
I want to know that if I am not paying through paypal and changing order status from pending to processing from admin section of woocommerce, will it generate comission if I came through a affiliate link.

KeymasterThe commission is only given when the order status is set to “processing” or “completed”. It doesn’t give commission for orders that are in a “pending” state. When you did the test, did you go to your orders menu and check the order status? If it is in a pending state then when you change it to complete, the plugin will give affiliate commission at that stage.

ParticipantYes, I did so. I changed the pending state to processing and processing state to completed from order menu. But I didn’t receive any commission respective to that affiliate.
Is there any paypal mass pay setting is required to receieve commission ?. If not then please help me what can be the possible issue.

KeymasterAre you sure, you clicked on an affiliate link before making the purchase?
Please enable the debug option in the plugin’s settings. Then do a test affiliate transaction. Share the URL of your products page after that so we can inspect a few things.
