Commissions not reported in Affiliate Commissions – overall commissions tab

I set up a test affiliate, completed registration by agreeing to terms and conditions, setup a test page on another website with the creative embedded.

Click the creative, navigates successfully to the correct product purchase page complete the order.

Affiliates Manager admin on woocommerce purchase website does not show commission in overall commissions tab.

Turned on debugging, repeated process, debug file shows “awarding commission for order ID: 577. Purchase amount: 0”, but still not showing in overall commissions tab.

I double-checked that “Do Not Record Zero Amount Commission” in settings is not enabled.
