COULD NOT SUBMIT FORM IN RELATIONS – You must agree to the terms

Hello guys,

Please help, the Affiliate registration form on my site refused to submit because it keeps saying, “You must agree to the terms” even after checking the “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” box. I could not find anywhere in the backend to rectify this. The link to my registration page is below

Hi, are you using any cache plugins in your site? You might first want to do a plugin and theme conflict test. Let me know how you go.

Thanks a lot, @mbrsolution, actions taken from your advice made me discover that the theme is the culprit. I had to change the theme to another suitable one now and everything works just fine. Thanks once again.
