Creatives for specific affiliate

I want to create QR-code links to specific products for individual affiliates. Therefore I need to create affiliate specific creatives, because the QR-code should only work for the individual affiliate and also only be shown in his affiliate account.
Also it would be helpful to save the generated URLs in the individual affiliate members area.

Is there a way to do this?
