Customize Affiliate Registration Fields

I see how to input all the custom fields, but how do you change the order of them?

How to format the way the form appears?

And how to get your terms and conditions turned off?

If none of this is editable, it does not seem workable at all.

Hi, Unfortunately we don’t really have an option to customise the format at the moment.

What? You take it all as you imagined it or leave it?

Or is it a matter of going into the code (or in my case, finding someone who can)? It is hard to imagine that one cannot at least determine what information you collect…
