We have had many Affiliates telling us everything is working fine while others are telling us they are having problems logging in and accessing control panel. After researching this the best we are able to determine is users with static IP’s do not experience problems and users with dynamic IP’s do experiencing problems.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and are there any fixes to this available?… Thank you for any reply.
Hi, Do you mean that some affiliates are not being able to login to the affiliate dashboard? The login functionality is controlled by WordPress. As long as the login credentials are correct they should be able to login without any issue. Do you have some sort of security restrictions on the server that could cause this issue?
