I am just starting to use WP Affiliate Manager. I am testing a purchase using my affiliate link. How long does it take for earnings to show?

Without an integration, no commission can be rewarded for a purchase.

I didn’t realize I needed to do any additional integrations. I’m new to all this so don’t understand the steps.

I’m using PayPal. The page that I want to create referral links for is this: https://fertilityeggspurt.com/workshop/

Which integration do I need? I don’t want to do mass payouts at this time.
