Edit Display of Fields In Control Panel

Hello – my client uses your plugin in their store and are wanting to make some changes to the display that their affiliates see in the control panel. Looking at screen shot number one on your website:

My client wants the entire block there containing the account summary (balance & commission rate) removed/hidden.

I am not a java script expert so if you could give me any advice on how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate it!
