Keymaster@ArgoKn, Please contact your web host to see if there is some sort of caching enabled on the server.

ParticipantWP_Supercache is installed on the site but has been disable for the affiliate section. The problem still exists. Any further ideas?

Keymaster@argokn, wp supercache shouldn’t be an issue. Is there something set up on the server by your web host?

Keymaster@urbanthinkmedia, This seems to happen when yoast seo and site origin page builder are both active and the affiliate registration page contains the siteorigin shortcode instead of the actual registration page shortcode. Are you using these two plugins?

ParticipantI deactivated all the plugins including Yoast. I am not using Siteorgin.
I also changed the theme. I tried this plug in on another site of mine and it worked. I just cant figure out why this isn’t working

Keymaster@urbanthinkmedia, You may not have Siteorigin but are you using a page builder on the affiliate registration page? Do you have the
[AffiliatesRegister]shortcode in the content area of that page?April 13, 2021 at 4:49 am #7317dmunnerlyn16
Participant@ShadowLabs I have this issue on my site as well, I don’t have Yoast SEO, but I do have that shortcode in the content of my registration page.
