The Email notification to admin has weird links in website field and view appl field. Instead of the website that was entered by the affiliate when they sign up, it is a different link that goes to GoDaddy. Same thing with the View App that is supposed to link to the affiliates account. Links to GoDaddy.

Hi, yes those links are suspicious to me. Can you contact your host and asked them to check your website account. Report to them the links you mentioned in your image and explain to your host how this is happening in your site.

    Regards

Here is the response from the host:

If you can inform the plugin developer of what we’ve found. The issue seems to have arisen from updates to DNS after switching to the Office 365 platform for email. Prior to this change, your cname for “email.therestroomkit.com” would have been aliased to your domain, the URL would have been read as normal and the request would have been routed to your hosting account.

After Office 365 was added the email cname mentioned before was updated and pointed to the login page you and your customers are being redirected to. We can see in the plugin settings that the Login URL is defined by “{affloginurl}”, in the config.php file for the plugin that is specified by “public static $ShortCodeLogin = ‘[AffiliatesLogin]’;” as far as I can see. I can’t see where to define these short codes however, this is hopefully where the plugin developer may have an idea. I would venture a guess they are defined inside of the database, I hope they can quickly sort this out and assist with ensuring the URL is no longer pointed to the “email.therestroomkit.com” domain in order to avoid this happening further.

Thank you for reporting back and providing more information from GoDaddy host. The plugin developers will investigate further your issue.

You are welcome, and thank you. Do you have an ETA on solution?
