404 mot found when an affiliate loses his password
404 error on the page https://clubdubonheur.com/my-account__trashed/lost-password/
Affiliates can not have a new password
Hi, a 404 page not found error means the page does not exist in your site or the link is broken. This page is not controlled by our plugin, this page is controlled by WordPress in your site.
The following is an example of a lost your password link.
http://localhost/tipstricks/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
The following URL in your site is not correct.
https://clubdubonheur.com/my-account__trashed/lost-password/
Let me know if you need more help.
Kind regards
@julien-ramelet, The URL slug (my-account__trashed) suggests that you have deleted the my-account page (that is created by WooCommerce automatically) but you haven’t updated it in the WooCommerce settings. That’s why it’s going to a 404 (not found) page.
