    I want to exclude certain products in woocommerce from paying out commissions. Will the product-specific add on do this if I set the amount to zero?

    Hi, Yes. If you specify zero commission for a particular product no commission will be awarded for it. Product specific commission overrides the default affiliate commission rate.
