Existing WordPress Account Affiliate Register Email

Hello, when a user applies for an affiliate account that gets automatically approved, it sends:

‘New affiliate registration for MY SITE has been approved!
Log into the site with your existing account and get started.’

I cannot find this email in the ‘Messaging’ Tab to edit it. where can I find this email message so I can change it?

Note this email is only sent when the user is already logged into WordPress on my site. A fresh application gets a different email.
