    I need to be able to pay my affiliates a flat rate per product (not per sale) – so on the product page I could set the commission for that specific item. I’ll buy the premium version if you can add this capability, I’ve been unable to find a plugin that will do it.

    You do not want to give him a commission each time that affiliate refers a sale to you?

    I sell dart cases online for $50 apiece, my affiliates get $10 commission on each case. I also offer engraving so the total cost might be something like $70 but the affiliate would still get $10. If the sale is for two dart cases the commission is $20 regardless of engraving, etc. Does that make sense?
