free version doesn´t work at all

Hi I am trying your free version.
By registering an affiliate’s website, does not receive the password.
Also if the requestor password.
I tested Chrome, Firefox, with different emails.
I checked the system debugging, I cleaned the tool says it has sent.
The paid version has the same problem?
I wanted to buy but now I have my doubts ..
