Functioning for a German Site (Troubleshooting)

Hello,

we are a German Stock-Service.
We are having trouble getting the plugin to work on our company website. www.tradelook.de
The plugin is installed and all settings have been adjusted.
Unfortunately, I cannot upload a PDF file here to show the settings.
Our products cost €5.99 and €11.99 per month, and €65.89 and €131.89 per year.
When I register an affiliate or a new affiliate registers with us, they can generate a tracking URL.
With this tracking URL, we have tried twice to register a test customer with a purchase.
Once with a 30-day cookie lifetime and once with 2 days. Both times, no affiliate commission was entered in our system after a test purchase, even though we expected it.

Where could the error be?
We would be very grateful for any help.

Is there a special memberpress addon which we should install?

Hello,

now we have bought the integration addon for memberpress.
The Affiliates Manager and memberpress plugin was already installed.

My Businesspartner an i have made a test:
He has registered himself as an affiliate and got his own affiliate-ID with his Affiliate-Link.
After it, he sent me his Affiliate-Link so i used it for buying our digital produkt (with memberpress).

It hasnt worked again.

Our settings are:

Minimum Payout Amount: 100
Cockie duration 2 days.
Bounty Rate 15 %.
and so on. We have made all needed input at the setting.

For testing we used Firefox and for Cockies “Complianz”-Plugin

What are we doing wrong?
