ParticipantI installed the reCaptcha Addon plugin on my site. After filling the registration form, the affiliate is not able to complete the registration after that. As after filling the form, the form does not get submitted properly.
Any solution regarding this.
For the moment I have remove the reCaptcha from my site.
Is there any another way to restrict the spams.Thanks in advance.

ModeratorHi, did you receive any errors when filling in the form in regards to the reCaptcha Addon plugin in your site?

ParticipantYes, actually according to the client requirement, after the user fill out the affiliate registration form, the user need to get redirected to a thank you page, which obviously not possible with the affiliate plugin as they do not provide such option yet, so I make a redirect after the form successfully submitted to the thank-you page. But when I install the Google Captcha plugin, then the form is not getting submitted properly. It may be conflicting with the redirect I made after successful submission, but not sure about that. The redirect is simple script calling a location. But I assume it shouldn’t conflict with single line script which has to appear after successful submission of the form.
Please provide any suitable solution regarding the case or any alternate for that.
Thanks in advance.May 26, 2016 at 9:31 am #1952mbrsolution
ModeratorHi, you might like to share the redirect code you added if it is not displaying any personal data. Also where was this code added?

ParticipantThis is the following script I added for the redirect after successful submission, in the messages option
window.location=”http://sista.com.au/thank-you/”May 26, 2016 at 8:38 pm #1954soulpawa

KeymasterDoes the registration work without recaptcha? I think it’s better if I manually activate recaptcha and test it on your site. Please use the contact form to get in touch:

Participantyes, registration works perfectly without recaptcha, with recaptcha activated after registration is done, and recaptcha is marked, the website is charging and keeps on same place, but with empty boxes, so I need to fill the form again and again is looping, without recaptcha I don’t have any problem.
But I’m going to keep without recaptcha, no worries.
Thank you
