Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › How can I require the Terms and Services to be agreed to before registration
The terms and conditions link is showing up as part of the registration process but people are not necessarily reading or clicking it so then I am getting questions and they haven’t agreed. If I approve them not knowing this, the system tells me they haven’t agreed. I can send an email directing them to that page but there is not check box there that proves they have agreed. How can I make checking the box on the registration page mandatory? I looked through the settings section but don’t see a way to do it.
Hi, The checkbox is mandatory. There may be some JavaScript errors on that page that are making it not function properly.
@Jdayurveda7, I have carried out a test and terms and conditions is mandatory.
You might want to carry out the following test. Deactivate all of your other plugins except this one. Then carry out a test, if it doesn’t fix the issue then test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen.
Let us know how you go.
Regards
Ok, it seems to be working now as well as when I reactivate my main plugins. Strange because these are the same plugins and theme I had before but it wasn’t requiring it. In any event, I am glad that it now seems like it is up and functioning.
I am glad to hear that the issue is resolved.
Let us know if you need more help. I am marking this thread as resolved.
Enjoy the plugin.
