How do I edit the Terms and Conditions?

I found the default_tnc file in “resources” folder.
Editing this seems to have no effect at all on the TnCs output page.
How do I edit the TnCs ?

Hi, Currently the terms and conditions come from a page. You can find the URL of the page in the settings and edit the content (Affiliates > Settings > Pages/Forms).
