How Long For Payments To Process?

Does anyone know how long it takes for a payment to process? It’s a manual payment that I did 2 days ago, and it isn’t showing up in the paypal accounts of either the payer or payee. Was wondering how long this nromally takes? Thanks!

Hi, no it should not take that long. Something is not working correctly. Did you check in your PayPal account to see if there are any transactions or are they in pending mode? Did you also check the plugin to see if any transaction have come through?

Can you enable debug mode and make another manual payment. Then check the log file. This will help troubleshoot the issue you are having.

There is nothing in the log file … it says it’s inactive

No I used manual payments

“Manual payout” doesn’t go through PayPal. This option is there so you can pay the affiliates with your own custom payment method and mark it as paid.

Ok, I didn’t know that. Thanks! I actually tried to do mass pay first and it didn’t work, but I don’t remember what the error message was. Then I tried manual. Next time I’ll see what response I get with mass pay and come back here if I need help deciphering it!
