How the affiliate can get his logins after he got approved

Hi, after the affiliate get approved, how can he get his logins?

I mean if an user get approved by the application submitted from the affiliate registration form but he don’t have an account in the website, then how he can get the logins, because with that form the user doesn’t creating any logins credentials ?
