Hi!

The topic title is pretty straightforward.

“I do not want customers who come through an affiliate to be able to use a coupon”

How can I achieve this?

The coupon is a 10% off coupon and it can be used in the webshop check-out page. The affiliate commission is 10% of each sale. I cant lose 10% twice on one sale. How can I set up the system so only one of it can be used?

I am running a WooCommerce webshop with only 1 product, and I would like to sign blogs, webshops, influencers, etc. to promote my product for a share of each sale they are responsible for.

Thanks. We have built-in integration with WooCommerce and the commission is calculated on the sale amount (the amount without tax, shipping, and discount).

Unfortunately, that does not solve my problem.

The affiliate getting a percentage of sale without tax, shipping, discount is not what I am looking for.

I cannot have an affiliate and a discount be present on the same sale. If a customer has a coupon -> I do not want any affiliate be credited for a sale.

If a customer came from an affiliate -> I do not want any coupon to be used on the sale.

Is this possible somehow?

It’s not possible because coupon/discount is controlled by WooCommerce. We cannot prevent WooCommerce from applying a coupon code if a customer is referred by an affiliate.
