ParticipantWhen I approve new affiliates they are sent to complete “one more step” by clicking that they agree with the Terms and Conditions on the Confirmation page. However, the window that should show the Terms and Conditions page actually shows the Affiliate Home page. And even though it is showing the wrong page, the short-code is displayed, rather than the entire page. I have already checked the “Pages/Forms” tab in the “Affiliates>Settings” menu, and all URL’s are correct. How can I get the Terms and Conditions page to display in the “Affiliate Confirmation>Contract Terms” window INSTEAD of a reproduction of the Affiliate Home page?

ModeratorHi, can you disable and enable the plugin. Then carry out a test? Also can you confirm that the page in question does exist under Pages.
If the above does not work, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do can you clear the cache and then carry out another test?
If the above does not help, can you disable all of your other plugins except this one and then carry another test?
Let me know how you go.
Regards

Keymaster@mymichael2, Can you please make sure that the terms and conditions page URL displayed in the settings actually exists on your site?

ParticipantI do have the terms and conditions page active. It is located at https://hot-woods.com/affiliate-terms-and-conditions/, and this URL is used in the Terms and Conditions field in the Settings menu. I went ahead and performed the test, and the problem persists. I will, therefore, disable my other plugins and perform the test again. … I’ll get back to you soon.

ParticipantEverything works beautifully. I’m not sure which plugin it was, but upon disabling all but this plugin and purging the cache it worked. The problem never resurfaced even after reactivating all the plugins that were running before. I did, however, remove some inactive plugins in the process, but I don’t see how they would have caused the problem. Who knows.
Anyway … Thanks for your help!
